The staff was very very helpful and welcoming and we would stay there again. The atmosphere created was special! It was based in nice building in a magnificent and good location, in the old city center.
Some people working there were a little indifferent.

The hotel we stayed at had a perfect location by the seaside and provided us with a great breakfast every morning. the staff was helpful and friendly throughout our stay, making us feel welcome and comfortable. We also enjoyed the fact that the rooms were clean and spacious, with a beautiful view of the sea from the balcony.
We found the hotel to be very expensive, especially since it didn't offer us any special amenities or activities.

Stayed here for Christmas and enjoyed the holiday decoration in the lobby and the nightly live music in the bar. The pool was heated and it was great to take a dip in the middle of winter. We also appreciated the free shuttle to the nearby shopping center.
The breakfast was the worst aspect of our stay. The food was cold, the pastries were stale, and the coffee was undrinkable.
